Our apprenticeship program is designed to help church-based leaders and those working in the marketplace, be equipped for contextually relevant development and impact. Our unique mentored-learning program invites you into an experience of integrated learning where you develop the content, character, and craft needed to be successful in your context. For example, your program may include:
- Christian Spirituality: spiritual formation, life in Christ, fruit of the spirit
- Skillful Biblical Exegesis: Old and New Testaments, Bible interpretation, Biblical exegesis
- Cultural Exegesis and Gospel Proclamation: mission of the church, cultural interpretation, gospel communication, gospel communication in practice.

How Does Runway Mentoring Work?
Runway mentoring process:
- Admission: apply, be admitted, and start monthly subscription.
- Mentor Team Formation: We pair you with vocational (church), faculty, and personal mentors
- Define Proficiency: Establish clear expectations for desired skills and qualities.
- Assess Prior Learning: Evaluate the learner’s existing knowledge and experience.
- Identify Growth Areas: Identify specific areas for further development.
- Develop a Path: Create a customized plan with tools and resources.
- Conduct Master Assessments: Regularly review progress and celebrate achievements.
- Complete passing master assessments for all outcomes required for your degree.
